  • Establishing corporate strategies for achievement of top line & bottomline targets. Handling business planning, operations & analysis for assessment of revenue potential in business
  • Managing brand image (campaigns. Devising & implementing pre & post marketing activities for successful launching of new products)
  • Leading all kinds of ATL & BTL and TTL activities
  • Mapping client’s requirements 
  • Providing direction, motivation & training to the field sales team for ensuring optimum  performance for all operational /sales related issues
  • Manage the Sales Team and according to Project deadline ensure the target achieving.
  • Regular visits to the market and provide Training support to sales Team.
  • Giving knowledge to sales team to understanding of prospective clients needs and assures they are being satisfied from the initial contact to usage of the company products and service.
  • Coach develops and motivates sales team to achieve both individual and company objectives.
  • Planning and organizing sales activities according to Market trends and competitor performance
  • Preparing & maintaining data base of Clients for increasing sales & better service.
